There is no thing like Ahimsak silk. In Ahimsak silk, silk worms are sold out ultimately for food purposes in East India states.

Why no milk from Ayurvedik viewpoint?

This is a great video to watch. A vegan diet from an ayurvedic perspective. Which is very interesting and in modern ayurveda milk is an essential part of the prescription.(IMO if there is any t Superstitious or unscientific part of Ayurveda has to be milk consumption.) I have done a lot of research and found that coconut milk and other alternatives were used earlier milk consumption only found its way very recently(in comparison to how old ayurveda is).
