Vegan: so much to know abuot it
Matter I was always a vegetarian; only recently did I come to know about veganism and its mind-boggling to note that there are so many people who are vegans inside and outside India!
Actually, there is so much to know about Veganism.
(check this link: http://trailofview.com/trail/vegan) that it gives a \'dejavu\' feeling every time we think about it!!

I find the site very informative and enlightening.A mine of information for the established vegan and
also for those contemplating becoming Vegan and/or
Jain.I would say that of all the vegan sites on the
web that I have visited,Indian Vegan is by far the best.

I am a pure veggie for long time. Want to go for vaganism over night. What steps would be needed to exclude the dairy products like milk from the diet. I my yoga classes I am a staunch advocate of vegetarianism.
But I think we must a step more and leave dairy as well the sooner the better. It would be most compassionate attitude as a human being, and responsible for advancement of life on the planet. I am a Vedic scholar and writer too. I would write on this also.

This is a great site to educate indians on veganism. i was a non-vegetarian for 23 years of my life & I regret my existence back then. But now I am a proud vegan ,so is my husband & my 3 yr old son. I strongly believe that each of us can make a difference in rendering service to our mother earth. How about getting together & organising a propaganda? somebody plz help me with ideas. Thanks a lot. Annu

Great Site...! How I wish all of us humans on this planet turn into Vegans! The next rung from Vegetarian to Veganism is in being a Fruitanian(Live on only Fruits). I am very proud and confident in letting others around me know that I am a Vegan and that I try my best not to use silk, honey, wool, butter, cakes, ghee or milk etc.
Just remember this - cotton clothes, soy milk, plastic watch straps, non leather shoes and belts....thats it!
Whoever you are, whatever religion you adhere to please please be considerate and sensitive to Animals.
